Gears, Issue 1

Gears is about a robot and his chimpanzee.   Well not so much about the chimp, but our hero, an out-of-date robot named Gears.  Gears is young and innocent at heart, but his archaic programming and make shift body were not meant for this time.  Fortunately, Gears has something that no other robot in existence has, Gears has a dream.  Gears was created in a time when human evolution seems to have peaked and artificial intelligence is now the dominant species. Fortunately for us humans, instead of just nuking the shit out of us, the AI controlled robots decided to make mankind’s extinction a slow painful one. As humans are being pushed to the lowest depths of society, older less sophisticated AI is not faring any better.  Gears is young and innocent at heart, but his archaic programming and make shift body were not meant for this time.  Fortunately, Gears has something that no other robot in existence has, Gears has a dream.  


Recommended for Ages 16 and up. 

Gears, Issue 2

Gears' act of heroism does not go unnoticed by an evil that wishes to stir tensions between Humans and Bots.  Gears reunites with his creator, and discovers that his dreams are no coincidence. Learning to be a hero proves to be a troubling experience for Gears and Frank.
